Balkenendes klamboe beschermt 4 maanden oude Joseph Makokha

1. Vader Isaac Wanjira Nyongesa: 37 jaar, ongeschoold, arbeider (Bicycle transporter, Bodaboda)
2. Moeder Janet Nambengere Wanjira: 32 jaar, ongeschoold, arbeider (huisvrouw)
3. Dochter Petronillah Khaoya: 12 jaar, 6e klas van Mungabira Primary school
4. Zoon John Nyongesa: 8 jaar, 2e klas van Mungabira Primary school
5. Dochter Martina Nashibe: 6 jaar, kleuterschool
6. Zoon Joseph Makokha: 4 maanden jong.

"Family's malaria record.
The family has had two of it's children die because of malaria before the introduction of the Fight Against Malaria project. This is one of the families that were distributed with ITNs 5 years ago. We considered it for the Prime Minister's donation because it had the hard experience out of the epidemic. This also partnered well with our second genaration operations.

Consequenses.
The consequences of the project to this family in relation to malaria is that it is always keen on the development of malaria awareness. After receiving their first net out of the program, the disease has not claimed any life from this family and they always seek for medical assistance to ascertain the excact cause of any illness among it's members before any treatment is carried out. At the same time, they testify that the fight againt malaria through prevention is the only alternative to making a free malaria society. Having been beneficiaries of the Prime Minister of Netherlands' donation of a mosquito net, the family feels previledged and honoured. As a result, they have promised to fully keep watch and maintain the net to enable them bring up their 4 months old son malaria free.

Finally, I wish to once more extent our appreciations to the Prime Minister, his family, friends, people of good will towards our initiative and your entire group for this life saving gesture. God bless you all."
